Last month, Linkom-PC attended two events, both of which were organized by Serbian organizations who specialize in the category of internet domains, both in Serbia and abroad.
The first event was held on March 12 and it went with the name “The Future Is Now”, while the second was called “Universal Acceptance On The Internet”, held on March 28, known as “UA Day” (Universal Acceptance Day), celebrated around the world.
Both events can be categorized as some sort of conferences, or to be precise – as events with multiple discussion panels and occasional presentations, and both events were held in Belgrade, Serbia.
“The Future Is Now” was held in The Belgrade Youth Center (Dom Omladine) on March 12 and the discussions were mostly AI related – discussing the pros and cons of AI – one of the hottest topics in the world perhaps.
“Universal Acceptance On The Internet” conference was held in Crown Plaza on March 28, as a part of the Universal Acceptance Day and the discussions were related to how many countries received their internet domains. Every country wants to be accepted and have their own internet domain, just like every culture in the world wants that as well. The internet can bring so many new possibilities for people, as well as acceptance of sorts. Joining the internet is like joining a big club.
So it’s no wonder why the internet is spreading in such an enormous amount.
Both conferences were useful for Linkom-PC, as it’s related to some of the grounds we cover in our work, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
We’ve worked with a lot of different customers around the world from different countries and cultures. The internet and the spread of internet domains made all of this possible, the freedom to connect with people from around the world, not only to do business with them – seldomly it even brings new friendships.
Also, as such a company, just like many in these waters, Linkom-PC faces a lot of AI related questions every day. If we were to use AI as assistance, how much should we use it and why? In what aspects of our company should we use it? Will it help our business grow? Will it save us a lot of time?
All of these questions can be asked in everyday life.
Thankfully, some of those questions were answered for us, from different people – the ones who use AI all the time and the ones who rarely ever use it – giving us enough information for now and the conclusion on what to do.
