The Linkom-PC team participated in the largest regional business/IT conference BizIT, which was traditionally, for the 8th time, held in Belgrade, in early November.

The main theme of the BizIT conference was: a battle for customers. At the moment it’s a cutthroat (mostly digital) battle for customers, while the customer’s experience is a new type of battlefield. It’s expected that, as far as customer experience as a tool for business improvement goes, 20% more money will be invested than in marketing, politics of price planning, and even in improving the products themselves. That’s why the central theme of the conference BIZIT 2021 is „His (or Her) Majesty – The Customer”.

In the conditions of a crisis, the only companies that survived, and even improved, were the companies that quickly adapted to the new needs of the customers. Because of the customers, we think of new types of need-fulfilling services, because of them we improve our products, because of them we try our best to open new channels for communication, to ensure a safe delivery for them, to fix everything they complain about…

The main mission of our company, the Linkom-PC team, is that we want every customer to be content. And every content customer is important.

In parallel with the participation on BizIT 2021, coherent with all of our digital initiatives, we initiated a new support service for our customers – Trustpilot Review system, which can be viewed on the main page of the Linkom-PC website, at the link https://linkompc.com. The service is meant for all customers to leave their impressions and opinions, whether positive or negative, in real time and in a safe environment, about any kind of contact in which they participated with the Linkom-PC team.
